Kamal Elfarissi

Kamal Elfarissi is a founding partner of SetYourMax and brings years of entrepreneurial drive and organizational energy to SetYourMax. The origin of his obsession with customer satisfaction is his background as a longtime Quality practitioner, where he learned that nothing matters more than a delighted customer.

Kamal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Quality Assurance from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Beyond his professional life, Kamal is on the board of Manhattan Beach Coordinating Council, an organization where city staff, local elected officials, school district personnel, non-profit agencies, and members of the business and residential communities come together to discuss issues of common interest.

Kamal enjoys soccer, running, and reading. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife, blending his love for learning, activity, and community into both work and life.
